Are you a professional player, or do you and your friends just like to get together every week for a night of poker? Well, either way, we’ve got the perfect event for you! Come join us for our 1st Annual Poker Tournament!
About the Tournament
The tournament will be held on two separate days with a $230 buy-in each day ($200 of which is tax deductible). There will be a cash prize pool with a guaranteed $10,000 first place prize and a minimum $20,000 cash prize pool on both tournament days! Yes, that’s right, both tournament days! And, in honor of our 1st Annual Poker Tournament, a generous donor will also match all other donations up to $25,000 now through June 3rd! Plus, $200 of your entry fee will be tax deductible
How Your Participation Helps
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Heaven Can Wait and allow us to continue offering our many community-minded programs that give the less-fortunate animals in the community the chance for a better life. These programs are an integral part in bringing down the unwanted pet population and euthanasia rate. You’ll also help us to continue rescuing, rehabilitating, and placing unwanted and abandoned companion animals into forever homes.
