a) would you ever flat this for balance?
b) I get spooked on boards such as this, always fearing villain has KK. Should we cbet to protect against KQJT type hands nonetheless? If so, what sizing? Are we bet/folding the flop (that seems exploitable since then villain could just shove any Kxxx hand with both decent equity and masses of fold equity)?
c) Once villain x/b flop should we just shove turn or again bet a smaller amount, as played?
