Bluffs are good when you have a plausible story and/or your opponent gave you a reason to believe they're weak so they can fold.
Do you have a plausible hand to go all-in the River here? In my opinion you don't. Good River cards would be Ace and diamonds, pretty much nothing else.
If you represented a set your opponent would find out you should had bet earlier.
So do you think your opponent is weak here? He triple-barreled you to the River, investing as much as 30% of his stack.
Perhaps he has nothing or he has some kind of weak pair, he limped after all (you should refer to your HUD stats -- if you have a tracker, to see his general aggressiveness post-flop)
I don't like your check/shove the River OOP (out of position) because you're only called by better hands.
That is, your bluff attempt would be much better if you were IP and certainly want to have reads/stats on opponent.
I also don't like your opponent triple-barrel and then fold, having invested about 30% of his stack.
Perhaps he had the draw you said, but the times he wont have them you'll lose your half-stack.

No, polarized ranges means you're either very strong or very weak.
A-rags are difficult hands and very situational. I would personally fold it right away after his flop bet,
even if he was pretty aggro.

This seems like also a spot you could consider to shove on the limper pre-flop against most likely a fish. Don’t forget we playing a 25x SNG and then it isn’t easy to represent big hands at all against someone that don’t know anything about ranges, That’s why I would never try to bluff a fish on the river and it’s also a good reason I don’t call the flop with only a over card and a weak backdoor flush draw.
