Hi, everybody!!

I was looking at my sessions P&L and notice that although I have few losing sessions those losses are bigger than I can make on an average day, and to come back where I was I need 2-3 winning days. So I was wondering how must people deal with this kind of problem? stop-loss 2-3 buy-ins? playing just for a specific amount of time?

If you know you will tilt you can set yourself a stop loss at 3 buy ins, otherwise you can determine a maximum time you want to play. The only thing you want to avoid is to keep playing to make up for your losses.
