Hi guys,
here we are in the heads up of a 2€ 9-max turbo SnG and I got KJs. I´m not so good at HU yet and I think I misplayed this hand. What do you think? And how could I play this hand better next time?

Villain is a extremely loose aggressive fish (see stats), when I jammed at the bubble (Blinds 125/250) into him with AQo (about 2.500 Chips), he (4.000 Chips) called with KJo (I could double up against him and take over the chiplead).

iPoker - 150/300 NL - Holdem - 2 players

Hero (BB): 24.32 BB
SB: 20.68 BB (VPIP: 45.61, PFR: 38.46, 3Bet Preflop: 14.29, Hands: 61)

2 players post ante of 0.08 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.67 BB) Hero has K♠ J♠
SB raises to 2 BB, Hero calls 1 BB

Flop : (4.17 BB, 2 players) 6♣ 8♠ 4♠

Turn : (30 BB, 2 players) 8♦
Hero bets 9.32 BB, SB calls 5.68 BB

River : (41.37 BB, 2 players) 6♥

Spoiler

(Pre 59%, Flop 81%, Turn 86%)

I expect those stats of our villain is based about the entire SNG. If it was HU only he isn’t that aggressive. I would most likely 3bet shove pre-flop this hand against him for value for 20bb effective. It’s too bad there isn’t ante in play. Then it would be an easy shove for sure.

As played I would go for it on the flop with the 2nd nut flush draw and I would shove. If you raise like now you commit yourself and then you can’t fold anyway.

Cheers,

Yes, Villains stats are based on the whole SnG. He played very aggressively during the whole SnG and got a couple of times "lucky" despite bad calls. He has a "big ego" and doesn´t like to be bluffed, doesn´t like to fold. Once I shoved against him from SB vs BB (Villain) and he was thinking long and said "hmmm". He was afraid of beeing pushed around.
