Hello everyone, i am sort of new to the PS community, i joined few years ago but never came back. I decided to log in and see whats going on, and thought id read the articles, and watch the videos. They are very informative.
I've been playing poker for some time now, i started when i was 13, so i started quite early in life, so im no stranger to texas holdem.
Anyways, i've been mostly a rec player, played to have fun, and to gsin some money while doing it, ive hosted games, and joined games around my area, with alot success over the years, winning 50 - 100 -200$ at a time, depending on the players, the most ive ever won in a
tournament was 900$can in pokerstars big2.20 , and second biggest win was 580 same tournament different time of course.
but havent had any success in any tournament since than, that was 2 years ago, i do quite well in the live, gsmes in play, theres usually 7-10 players st the games i play at home and at friends, but cant seem to bring my skill to online play. i guess its the different dynamics to it, and the "Variance" people say there is, and i believe that is.
anyways, that is my introduction, if anyone wants to chat abit, or have some advice, to point me in the right direction, im looking for good articles or books, i can read, or videos i can watch to give me a better edge in online tournaments, because Im looking to win or make some profit. its been to long since ive won a tournament lol.. anyways
