This seems like a spot you could consider to 4bet for value pre-flop. This way you hold the initiative in the hand and if he 5bet shoves you can still fold. I think it’s tough to play QQ out of position in a 3bet pot.

@SDK1987: 4betting is indeed an option, if he calls though you still don't really know where you stand and if he shoves he could still have AK or JJ. I decided to call since then at least I keep all his 3bet bluffs in and thus do fairly well against his range. So considering that I don't think I can fold flop and turn as it is likely that his 3bet bluff would still bet flop and turn.

Not so sure about what 3bet bluffs would fire 3barrles and go AI on the river and only could be JJ and QQ in his value range that I beat or chop.
