Do you like such hands as 3bs vs weaker opponents? Or only if dbl suited?

As played, flop sizing?

I checked turn to induce bets having bet so weak otf. But I think this card is pretty good for villain's flop calling range and that I can expect him to x/b lots of his SDV (even straights?). So is betting ~$19 better itlr?
As played, x/r or x/c turn? I didn't want to miss a chance to stack worse flushes since we are paying off better. But I'm not sure if villain b/c any straights ott. If not, then maybe his betting range is one that I want to keep in to bluff river?

Thanks

I dont like the 3bet, weak hand. And if other guys arent raising a limper w doublesuited version, you know their opinion about this 3b

Small sizing in mono flops is ok, I would make it slightly bigger against this fish as no need to balance so much. I would bet 3 streets myself, but if you check turn I think you need to c/r because as you said it's quote likely he has SDV and will xb river rather than bluffing with straight. CRAI on the turn is strong play though and you'll get lots of folds unless he is a station or has decent flush / maybe set and wants to gamble. I guess I prefer betting myself also preventing xback.
