Hi Rubb3rDuckt,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!
(Or to the forums, since you've been a member for a while)

I have no experience with PLORanger, but here are some common problems that might apply:
:diamond:  Poker Client not saving hand histories
:diamond:  Poker Client does save hand histories, but software cannot find them
:diamond:  Configuration problem
:diamond:  Software won't run when client is open due to T&C of poker room

What was the suggestion on their website?

I'm going to have a look at the software to see if anything suggests itself.

btw: what poker room are you using?

All the best,
VS

Hi again,
I had a look at their website FAQ, and I'm guessing that this is what you meant

PLORanger doesn't work? Shows 'waiting for a hand'?
The issue most likely is that now you have two different Pokerstars folders in your appdata folder. Go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local and delete the pokerstars folder you are not using and then restart PLORanger. This should fix the issue.

First off, I notice that PLO Ranger works only on PokerStars.
My next thought is that the solution seems to suggest that PLO Ranger is looking in the PokerStars data store. Perhaps you have configured PokerStars to store your Hand Histories elsewhere. I do this because I have a small C:\ drive on an SSD and I like to minimize the amount of stuff on it..

btw, a shorthand way to get to your local appdata folder is:
%localappdata%
This is useful in case you have put the entire local appdata folder somewhere non-standard

If you have told PokerStars to store your hand histories outside the local appdata folder, perhaps PLO Ranger has the ability to configure where it looks for hand histories.

If you also have PokerTracker or HM2 working, then check the settings in those programs to find the correct path to your hand histories.

All the best,
VS
