Villain is unknown.
On this board i did not know how profitabel is to bet the river after villain checked the Turn.
Could it be better to check to Villain and try to realize showdown value, or better bet and try to get some money from AJ, AQ or weaker Ax hands?

You cannot check behind as you are first to act. :)

OK
Better to play c/f or b/f?
I guess I can't call another bet or a raise with my hand here

On river I would check it down. I doubt you get value and it’s tough to let a better hand to fold.
If he bets the river I would most likely fold as well or he bets small.

Xf river seems ok.

I think this river card is not scary enough to make better hands to fold. If you have a read that Villain calls with Ace high then by all means bet, but if not it's hard to get value. Check/fold seems to be the best option here.
