No stats on my opponent.

I call on the flop since I believe I have equity to do so. Is it correct to bet the turn for value? I believe that I can get value from flush draws and potentially some sets/two pairs. When my opponent bets out on the river, should I just fold it with my weak straight?

I think folding river is fine. You beat only a bluff with the worst straight possibility what you have on the moment and I doubt a random player would bluff often like this.
