Stacks:
UTG Hero ($2.30) 115bb
UTG+1 ($4.91) 246bb
CO ($2) 100bb
BTN ($3.98) 199bb
SB ($2.16) 108bb
BB ($1.73) 87bb

Pre-Flop: (0.03, 6 players) Hero is UTG 7♣: A♠: 8♠: A♦:
Hero raises to $0.07, UTG+1 calls $0.07, 4 folds
Flop: T♣: A♥: K♦: ($0.17, 2 players)

Hero bets $0.10, UTG+1 raises to $0.46, Hero calls $0.36

Turn: 6♠: ($1.09, 2)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $1.05, Hero folds
Final Pot: $2.14

UTG+1 wins $2.10 (net +$0.52)

Hero lost $0.53

First question: do I go bust on the flop? my guess is no, but I think I have the implied odds to call to see one card on the turn. On the turn, is the fold correct?

How much you need to get value if the board pairs on the turn, to justify the flop call? :)
Assuming you put him on straight.

What even is this man
Do I fold here?
I guess when he calls utg+1 he has a lot of broadways?

If his raise range is QJ, this is easily solved with basic implied odds math. And to make sure people learn as much as possible, I won’t do it yet. :)
