1. Do I open this hand preflop? I have decent wrap potential and possibility of weak/medium flush draw.
2. Is it correct to call to donkbet on the flop and turn?

I would open this hand from CO and BTN, not from UTG. You can use www.propokertools.com to see their hand rankings, to get some idea how good the hand is. As explained in last https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=403175&page=1 we should open around 15-17% from UTG and MP, 20-25 from CO and 40 or more from BTN in PLO. For higher stakes the more "normal" opening ranges are around 15/20/30/50.

If opponent donks with QJxx, you have 53% equity. 200bb deep I would call flop and turn. On the turn you have 35% against QJxx so can't fold there.
