I have lost a lot of this now and it's starting to getting to me, i know the brutal swings of this game but if we just focus on the play here can I do something about my play to avoid this?
Preflop I call this raise if someone 3-bet I'll will fold. If no one raised before me I'll prob. raise and if 3-beted against then fold because of the bad position.
On flop i check since my plan is to get it in when someone raise i reraise to make the pot bigger since I have a really solid draw. I can lead but most of the time it will just make everybody fold or make the set just call. I could take the check-call line here but it will make it hard for me to get the rest of the money in when the turn hits my draw.
So what can i do about this? can i play this kind of hands better?
