i feel like when i caught these cards on SB or BB, i get flop that falls on the flop. So two thing happen. First i win the pot but i am to big of a sally to really make any bets or i bet flop i get call i shot one more time, it gets called then i check they beat i fold.

They can be very tricky to play postflop, particularly when overcards appear.
I'll move this to our 'N0 Limit' board where hopefully you will get a more in depth response.

These are very strong hands and on the long run you should be making money with these. Of course sometimes the board runs bad and you lose or you have to fold. But with the information you gave us it is impossible to give you any solid advice.
You might be playing your hands ok. Or you might be giving up too easily/ betting too small or too big / betting in wrong places ...
It matters a lot if you are SB or BB, in a 3bet pot or in a single raised pot, out of position or in position... So maybe it would be a good idea to post some example hands to our hand discussion board so we can give you some better feedback
