I can find a fold here.

Reasons:
1) his tight stats pre
2) raising a donk 3 way on a board that shouldn't hit his range (sb calling range from a nit is mainly pp's and highbroadways)
3) overjamming turn

That would be a horrible play by him OTT. He shouldn't be afraid of flushes then and has massive showdown value after he hits his K.

Am I the only one that wouldn't donk, but check/raise?

What would you represent with a xr on this board?
What will you do if flop gets checked?

If flop got checked then I would hope that turn doesnt finish the possible FD/straight draw and I would bet OTT by myself.

With check/raise I represent set, but I guess he might call with a strong FD. If he has suited A of spades then he also has a gut shot and he is not folding with that I think.

Well, that's a tricky one again. Ialso believe that it is possible to find a fold here.

I mean what is he representing? A pocket overpair to the flop, like AA, KK, QQ, etc. would have 3 bet preflop, and maybe the same goes for AKs as well.

A check-raise on the flop looks a lot like a flush draw, maybe an overpair (but as stated above it is not likely), or a set. And I don't think it would be a wise move from villain to overshove here with a flush draw or a flush draw with a K, because you called a check-raise on the flop, and you have a lot of 22, 33, 44, 56s, maybe A5o and A5s in your range.

Why give free cards?

I prefer the lead when multiway because I wouldn't like to give free cards. MW the risk of everyone checking is too high.
OTT I think I would just fold it. We need to win this so often and there are quite many better hands possible.

Yeah it's a pretty easy fold there vs SB, especially tight looking one after we decide for a large lead
Flop check or lead don't really matter much, you will find solid reasons for both if you think about it
Especially if you lose your stack like this you're really hurting the EV of the lead

33 is a snap call, 22 is probably call and hope for the best, and this would be the bottom of my calling range.

Such a nit is never raising worse than a massive combodraw + sets + straights, and any non-set hand is getting crushed by this range. Even 22 is not doing too hot here. The Turn overbet makes me weight his range slightly more towards combodraws so I guess I'd call reluctantly.
