That’s indeed possible, but I would raise pre-flop a little bit more out of position like 3bb+1bb per limper. That’s 4 bb in total. It’s also good to give your own though process during the hand.

Further I would bet against a fishy player bigger on every street. You can easy bet 2/3 pot for value here. The river is indeed nasty with top 2 pair, but he need to change missed draws and weaker 2 pairs in a bluff to call profitable and is folding not to bad, but you need good reads to make a fold like this.
