Why do you prefer Zoom over normal tables ?

Well I’m going for zoom mainly because of the higher volume I can put per hour of play. Also I can focus more on the fundamentals of the game, especially the strategy for those levels. Probably when I get to NL10-25 I might switch to regular tables, so I can get better use of table selection. That’s pretty much it.

consider grinding the reg tables e.g. (12 tabls ~ 1000h / hr) you will have an significant higher wr in the end!

First session done, played 1h15min on 2 tables, that got me 670 hands and 1.38 USD profit... not really happy about it, though, it could've been way better if I had not made so many stupid mistakes.

As you can see my big problem was with no-showdown hands (which was my strongest point), this week I will be working on getting used to ZOOM and work a little on my post flop play.

Crazy session today, ran KK into AA and a missclick caused me to lose 35bb, I'm still having some trouble letting go of some big hands and playing post flop with mediocre hands.

Still profitable though, 4.2bb/100 this session and overall 8.8bb/100 winrate.

Awful session today, played poorly and found myself in a lot of situations where I had a good hand but not the best hand... ran into a lot of coolers also, KK vs AA, str8 vs quads, trips vs str8 or flush... about 4 BIs down for the session and 1.25 BI down overall... guess shit like that happens, not really thinking about it.

First week ended with myself breaking even, didn't have much time to play after the weekend to be honest.

Also... I won my first live tournament yesterday, it was kind of a freeroll where you could re-entry for a fee, the field was about 50 people more or less... did not spend a dime, went home with about 400 bucks, not a bad day.

Forgot to update it... well, here it goes.

Haven't been playing much because of internet problems, but overall the game has been good to me. I've got just a little over 6K hands played, but good results... Overall 13.2bb/100 winrate and 16.02 USD up. Still gotta improve my postflop game, gotta start being more confident and stop putting myself and bad spots.

It was great to have the opportunity to be in Got Talent, I really enjoyed getting to know the community a little better and the little time we had for poker was absolutely great, I'm pretty sure I'm a way better poker player now than I was before this session... I hope I have the opportunity to do this again soon.

Didn't have much time to play this week after Got Talent, had one session where I lost about 2 BIs, not a big deal tho... Been thinking a lot, considering my limited time I'm gonna follow LemOn's advice and start playing SH... I really think I've got NL2 beaten, I just need to put the volume to build my bankroll, the beginner strategy is good enough to beat this level of playing.

I will take this weekend to study SH theory and I'll be bringing new updates next week.
