I have few hands of the vilan but I know have seen him 4-bet some hands from UTG.

OTF we have a stable showdown value so checking back is fine. We have to plan at least one call on later streets. Call OTT is fine. Also 7 is a good card, reducing a bit the chance of him having a set. We can usually fold river in those situations without specific info. We also don't block flushes. I would fold river.

from my standpoint, I understand you lost the opportunity to keep aggression and do a continuation bet on the flop. It is a value betting and you can collect information of what hands he should play in check/call or check/raising.
Villain bet sizes weren't bad and he kept you playing.

definately conti bet, vs aggression by villain I#d find a fold

I think it's WP, probably folding river is close, i think i would fold to a bet bigger than 55% potsize
