Qualify now for the PokerStars Festival Marbella
Players at PokerStars still have a few days left to qualify for a Main Event seat in the PokerStars Festival Marbella worth €1,100. Online satellites are currently still underway and available for as little as €2.20.
Over seven days, from June 4 – 10, a total of 13 tournaments will be played during the PokerStars Festival at the Casino Marbella. Located meters away from the sun-drenched beach, the casino is a popular destination, and past PokerStars sponsored events have attracted record-breaking fields to Spain's southern coast.
The Main Event, which has a €1,100 buy-in, will incorporate the Big Blind Ante format as well as unlimited re-entries and pit poker enthusiasts against pros such as Fatima Moreira De Melo and PokerStars Ambassador Jake Cody.
Last year, the Main Event attracted a record-breaking turnout to Marbella, with 949 entries and a total prize pool worth €911,040. That time around, Ignacio Lopez De Maturana from Spain won the tournament for €152,000.
Three Platinum Passes up for grabs
During the Festival in Marbella, PokerStars will also give away three PSPC Platinum Passes, worth $30,000 each, for next year's mega event in the Caribbean. One Platinum Pass each will be awarded to the Main Event winner, Cup winner and the Marbella Cup Day 2 Flipout Challenge winner.
Additionally, any PokerStars players registered in a .com direct qualifier for the PokerStars Festival Marbella will earn a ticket to play a monthly PSPC Freeroll to win a Platinum Pass.
