I disagree. I think our hand has next to no showdown value once villain calls and betting again is overplaying the hand.

Personally I would x back the flop and underbet the turn. But I think the flop stab isn't so bad, just on flops like this often you'll get called by Ax and will make life tougher on the turn/river.

Just because i see many villains calling with AT+ over one street. The king is unlikely. So either u check behind OTF or u barel over two streets. Some experiences a made on the micros.

Barreling over two streets is just turning the hand into a bluff where it isn't needed as it does have showdown value, but I do get where you're coming from.

I agree with 2nd barrel ott. Vs this villain, this is for hand protection and there was still some value with 55, as he could've hold FD and high cards. I don't mind turning this hand into a bluff to fold his 66 or 77. Thus I prefer a bet ott and check behind otr.

In general I don't think there's need to barrel with 5s here. Underbet the turn and x back river if possible imo.

I would expect villain to fold quite often to a 2nd barrel on such a dry board. It is possible this type of players were floating oop (this is why I even doubt he had a hand at this point). A second barrel won't hurt anyways because to pot was still small. I like to keep aggression and pressure on passive players. This is how they would become more willing to pay you when you really have a hand.
