Yea I think this is just fine. However you might consider making a fold OTT. If villain indeed is a limper fish = he is most likely very passive = when he starts raising he really has something good.

Yeah, but he can have many draws too, and the small raise sise gives me the odds to call i think against the range.

Sure. But how often you really see a guy who limps to raise as a bluff. And also raising a draw is bluffing, if he is bluffing wouldn't minraising be a bit counter-intuitive?

As a standard move I think calling the minraise with top pair is not that bad. But when you consider who you are playing against it might get bad. But I'll leave it up to you to decide what is the best move here.

I as well would fold on the turn. You have to beat him 18% of the time, but you do not have 18% equity against his 2 pairs and better hands, I assume. His hand could be something like K3, K5, maybe even KJ. I guess his sets he may raise already on the flop, but you never know. Villain had a strong hand, as you can see on the river - the limper-fishes usually play very unbalanced.

Generally speaking, when a player has a large gap between their vpip and pfr, we can assume they are quite passive. Therefore the check-raise OTT I think shows great strength. I agree with @Clovenhooofsdam that he could of had K3, K5 or KJ. I actually think he was more likely to have a set though. A lot of fish (and regs tbh) like to limp and call a raise with pocket pairs and suited connectors.

you need more than 18% because you will face a river bet and fold very often, thus you don't get to showdown. being ip helps though

Also the draws you mention he could have are blocked as you hold a ten.
I think I'd just fold. Vs his x/r range we have little equity to even hit. If you hit a 10 or a K otr and he bombs it your still on the fence about what to do.

It's one of these theory vs practice spots. In theory we should call but in practice, should probably fold.
