I would at least barrel once more ott. He could almost call you with anything otf.

What was your plan ott as played, check/call, check/raise, check/fold?

Nice cbet and nice sizing. You can also barrel the turn. You still have two overcards and a FD. As xiaohetao said, villain can call with a great a great deal of his range.
