I have 900 hands of the villain, he bets in BB vs BTn 3% so is so small.
So i think my first mistake is preflop doing a call ,i think is fold because 3% is very top range. 3% is JJ+ and AK

In flop when he check in this board i think he can have many times AK so i bet, do you bet here? i think the bet is good but i should do bigger , but the check i like also because maybe he wants to trap me.
I bet and he calls.

The turn is a J and he checks again and i decided to check, is better bet??

And the river is a K i am 99% sure i am losing so i folded.

The question is in flop and turn, if the villain check what do you prefer here ?
and why?

Definitely bet flop when villain checks. But bet higher, I think he will fold many overcards like AK, AQ, AJ to a 2/3 pot bet.
Turn I think we can bet again. Only hands he's really holding are JJ and AJ that this card helps. But like you said, he may not be holding AJ as he is 3betting so tight against BTN. He also may be playing spade draws on the flop so we can think about this when firing a second barrel on the turn. Is he likely to call two streets with a nut flush draw? I doubt it and if he does then thats just poker I am afraid. Make a note and move on.

I would stab OTF after he misses a cbet too, but something like 2/3 of the pot. Playerpool tends to overfold once they miss a cbet. OTT I would bet again to charge his draws. And also if you checked OTT, he would have a free card and can bet OTR and put you into a tough spot. By betting OTT yourself, you kind of deny him this option, because if he calls the turn bet, he will more likely just check OTR and you will have an easy check back.

small bet turn seems better than checking, kinda forces him to define his range and gives you the option of checking back river

I too think you have to bet the turn. I do not think many Jacks in his range from what you have said... but there is a few in your range, and pairs. I think if he check raises I fold because I always feel a paired board offers some protection against some semi-bluffs. If he calls and bets the river... then it may well be a fold.

Do we really want to make him have an easy fold with overcards on the flop guys?

PF is standard we can't really fold TT even though the villain 3bet is nitty. Just for setmine you have to call.
OTF the sizing seems fine to me, you don't want to bet bigger and also smaller, because imo against half pot it isn't so easy to call 2 OC without backdoors.
OTT: definitely continue with betting sth under half pot would be fine (40-45%) the J doesn't change a lot, he has many FDs and not so many Jx hands, so bet for protection+ for value, but also it works like a block bet, we can easily check back river.

PF fine
OTF I like that sizing. It is not necessary bet 2/3 - it is 3bet spot and he missed very often
OTT is any difference beyond Jc / Js / Jh, Jd?... Jc open more draws, definatelly bet. OTR we will have easy check back
... What we will do on c/r? Cause indeed, we represent only FD (QQ+ we would 4bet pre)
