the interesting point is obv. after the 3-bet on the flop. you are getting 12 to 1 with a gutshot, two overs and a backdoor flushdraw... you can´t count outs for your K and your A after this action. your gutshot isn´t clean as well because even if you hit you might be drawing dead or your opponent still has redraws.
i think this is close. most of the time i tend to call in these spots but i will mark it anyway

Hi SalamiandCheese,

as frzl already pointed out you outs are not clean here and even if the pot is huge you "just" get 12:1. So you need at least 3 if not 4 outs (you probably lose sometimes even if you improve so let's say at least 4 outs).

4 for the gutshot, 6 for the overcards, 1,5 for the backdoornutflushdraw (even a royalflushdraw is possible).
Your overcards are worth nothing after that action. One pair is almost never good. Because of the action you have to pay at least one BB on the turn and even if you hit the backdoorflush you are sometimes beat. Say 0,5 outs for it at most.
Your gutshot can be beat or beaten if it arrives so at most 3 outs (I like 2-2,5 more).

So all in all you have 2,5-3,5 outs. We might even get capped so I fold my hand against the 3-bet on the flop.

Turn and river as played should be not worth mentioning. :)
