looks like tough spot but you got to ask what your beating here , if he has a monster would be trapping anyway & not over betting
if he had been doing this before I'm inclined to call since he could have worse ace or a draw more often than a better one. ( ok AJ fits there but it's quite unfortunate)

I called and he showed 9 :spade:8 
i think in this situation i would call him too.
if he has AJ i dont think he moves all in.
and such an overbet is a semi bluff most of the time.
so the most likely holding for him here is a flush draw.
so i think calling is the best here at this spot.
AJ or 22 would fit into the betting as well because HE might be afraid of the flush but he cannot give you the flush draw because only KQs would fit this utg raise + flush draw.
finally i think the chacne he has the flush draw is extremly good and i would call here.
