TT bet flop

It's not a flop that connects with a lot of hands. Only with flushdraws and a Q. Everything else I think he's folding here.
He's bet OTR makes it look like a flush or a Q.
I'd play the same way, maybe with a different size OTF. If he's got a flushdraw with an overcard to the Q he's got more than 10 outs and he's getting around 2.7-1 odds, plus position over you, so the call is aceptable.

I would have checked OOP.
If he checks behind, bet/fold OTT.
If he bets, call and check/raise/fold OTT.

The turn is blocking a Q on his range.
If he checks behind OTT, leading 2/3 of the pot OTT would give him a big price to pay for a flush draw.
If he calls OTF, check/raising OTT would represent a strong hand.
If he raises you OTT in both scenarios, it's an easy fold.
