6Max: Multi Way Pot, TPGK, Shove For Value On River?

When someone raises the flop multiway, it can mean that his range is more on the strong side. Also when you consider his sizing (a minraise) what does it look like? Would it make any sense for villain to minraise if he has total air and wants folds? Draws are not possible on this dry and paired board.
So BTN looks quite strong. When UTG called that raise he looks quite strong too. Both of them can have 8x and UTG also has AK and AA in his range.
For the reasons mentioned above I would not play this hand more aggressively, and I would probably consider folding OTT.

Now let me guess the outcome ♦ BTN had some 8x hand and UTG had AJ-AK, probably AK

Yeah as played either both villains are total lagtards or they mean business. I'd call the 5 BB flop just hoping to hit a Q on the turn
Turn isn't a Q, they both jam, time to let it go.

This seems a spot you could think of a 3bet pre-flop. Especially if the UTG player is aggressive enough. The rest seems alright, because I doubt you get action of a weaker ace on the river or you have fishy stats of the UTG player.

Can you elaborate on the (implied odds) you give yourself for trying to hit that Q?

Well I'm not sure to understand the question... It's just that it's the only card that makes us stronger as we'd only fear 8x and they are few. An A looks good but we still lose against AK which could be more probable but it depends on villains' looseness.

i'd actually just hero fold this otf. it's some kind of way ahead/way behind spot and i do not see much reason to believe we are ahead vs 2, utg is not capped and i definitely don't want to invest another bet later.
now well, the fact that you ask if we can "shove for value" on the river makes me believe that you actually won the hand. that's great!
