SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 4♣ A♣

fold, MP raises to 2 BB, fold, Hero raises to 6 BB, fold, fold, MP calls 4 BB

Flop: (13.5 BB, 2 players) J♠ J♦ 5♥
MP checks, Hero bets 5.5 BB, MP calls 5.5 BB

Turn: (24.5 BB, 2 players) 4♦
MP checks, Hero bets 11.5 BB, MP raises to 23 BB, fold

MP wins 57 BB

Treated OR minbet from villain like a simple call. Wrong or right?
C/R turn is very strong I suppose?
Cbets too low?

I think pre flop is fine, if you are playing vs fish. I would check OTF, dry board so I would just take the free card. If you have a reads on villain that he folds alot to cbets, then Cbeting here is totally fine. But if you plan to Cbet as a bluff on this board and I suppose youre goal is to get a fold right on Flop, then you should bet bigger.
Once he check/raises the Turn its a clear fold.

A minraise is still a raise. There is no "treating it like a simple call." That being said I like 3betting your combo in that spot, whatever the sizing of the opener is.

Flop cbet totally ok (no need to bet bigger on this texture) but turn what are you hoping for ? He won't fold better nor call quite worse (exept maybe float AK), I'd check back.

I don't know exactly, thought now as I got AK beat I could give it another shot in the heat of the fight.

I was also wondering if I probably was still ahead with My A on that paired flop (against KQ KJ) + the FE if villain missed too wtih Axs-AT.

Been pretty much overwhelmed while playing.

I totally agree with this.
