Any insite in regards to the hand in question? I mentioned in my post that I was looking into posting hands histories correctly already. Maybe you missed that part of my post

Easy call on river. All missed flush draws could bluff like this. In other hand what the point to make 2barrels and check/fold on river when you hit TP with good kicker. Only few combos can play like this what beats your hand is TT, 66, AT and AK but some of them you blocking. What is more, you need to win around 30% of a times you are in this spot to make money in long term. If think it is very easy to have that many bluffs when oponent only calls two times to 1/2 pot size bet on flushdraw heavy board.
If you have any notes about oponent bluffs the call on river is even more easy.

The reason for the second barrel was to make villain fold or hit nut flush on river.
TP against a 50bb bet seems like a loosing spot to me n nl5. I can see this as being mandatory 3 bar in Nl 100 just to balance thing. My experience in nl5 is missed flush draws do not make a 50bb bet as a bluff at nl5. If villain was indeed bluffing his missed draw then he would probably be the only 5% of the players making the bluff there. I do not see it as a easy call. I think it should be a triple bar or fold. Calling the river just seems awkward. If I was planning on calling why not just bet myself?

Check/call on river is better than 3rd barrel, because mainly only better hands will call you when betting. Your check let all the bluffs go all in and that is the perfect sizing doing this 2/3 pot. If betting less for bluff, would it work? Even calling all in you need to win only 30% of the times.
It is only my opinion
I play NL10 and making shots to 25NL. Based on my experience, people like bluffing everywhere, even 5NL if you provocate them. I think that was exectly what you have done here. And on flush heavy draw if they have something strong like a set, NL5, NL2 players raise at least on turn cause they scare of flushy draw.

Just noticed that was not all in on river, anyway that does not make any difference cause your options are call or fold.

Barrels on flop and river is fine, only a sizing I would change a little bit to represent an overpair or top pair making turn bet minimum of 2/3 - 3/4 pot size.

And of course if your oponent is a calling station, berreling is pointless.
