how should I play this hand?

I decided not to Cbet because of highly connected board and was probably gonna get call. Then when the Q hits I raised for value thinking he may be still drawing to something or worse Q or just bluffing. The momment I get re-raised I think its time to let it go but maybe the raise is just wrong and I should take another line playing this kind of spots.

I would just check/call the turn. If you raise you get only action of better and you don't want him to fold all his bluffs I think.

Flop check is ok but raise turn is probably way too thin, you should have just called.
