I'd not cbet this holding on a 3way flop.
I don't like betting this big turn either.
As played his river shove is weird, he's supposed to raise most of what's beating you on the turn. You're too deep to call anyway.

I like bet/fold the river here. You get a lot of value from 2 pair Q or K hands. Here you are definitely against JT. If villain had a set, he would have raised you on turn for sure

Just like MyFloXyBabY said, I wouldn't cbet OTF either.
His shove is definitely weird, because JT was already beating you OTT and I'd expect him to raise it there, plus he could have AQ and overvalue it, but since I have a doubt about that, Im not willing to call.
I think besides the flop cbet, its well played.

Check-call the flop OOP. It's not that dry and matches the button range.
Check-call the turn. If you bet and get raised you have a tough spot because the K completes draws.
River gives you two pair and completes more draws. I think bet/fold is ok. You may get value from KQ, AQ.
