Should have given opportunity to bluff me again on river? Pairing board = bad turn for min raise? Been overwhelmed the complete hand.

It's not such a bad turn. And it's also possible to raise flop.
All in all hard to give precise advices for this spot as even if there isn't anything that makes it inherently hard to play, people at micros tend to often play monocoloured flops very badly and very pecularly in a way or in another so the best exploitative approach will really differ from villain to villain.
