It should be interesting to know his 3bet stats but this is a situation to raise/fold. He needs to 3bet something like mid suited aces, low pp or suited broadways (which could reasonable with 9bb) to be almost breakeven or slightly profitable but i don't know if he shoves wide enought

For this we need more info of his 3bet shove stats, but I expect a fold isn't bad.
Most regurlars on the micro's 3bet shoving to tight I think.
