Villain is 19/16, CbetOTF 80, CbetOTT 15 (500 hands).
I think pre is standard. Not going to fold 88 to a 3bet from the BTN. 4bet doesn't make much sense without info on him.
Flop check-call is fine imo. board is dry, I have blockers to the straight-draws. And he cbets 80% and gives up OTT.
OTT I pick up myself a gutshot-straight draw. Once he gives up so much, I think I could bet and make him fold AT, AJ, AK. But I decided to check and try to see a free-card.
River pairs and the 4 is not scary given the action.
I think my check OTR shows weakness and may induce a bluff.
Check-call, check-fold or bet-fold this river?

Flop you don't want to block his straight draws, you'd eventually want to block his SD outs with TT but whatever, just saying.
River you can't bet, especially against him. He should still be quite strong with his bet/check/bet line too. I'd call anyway given the odds but I expect to end up against 99-JJ quite often. He might also do something stupid like bluffing AK though.
