QQ vs tight player's 3bet

I think it's fine to call a 3bet of that size IP.
Flop call is good. You can't represent much on that board by raising.
Turn completes hands, but he 3 bets pre and double barrels. To me that doesn't look like 33, 55, 66 or 74. It looks like JJ+.

I think this is a spot where he has KK or AA very often. But I think the call OTT is not that bad and as played river is a fold.
Imo you have to know if he 3 barrels often in 3 bet pots after you call 2 streets to play this hand well.
Overall, I think it's fine.

4betting QQ from UTG at micros is more often than not an overplay. People aren't expecting you to have quite worse here.
As played folding on the river is possibly the worst line though, as you have quite good odds to call his jam, contrary to the stupidly big flop bet already screaming value and the turn one quite decent either.
I don't think there is that much of a difference between his 2 and 3 barreling range here, do you ? If no then call river and hope to be against JJ or AK or 9Ts or whatever 1 time out of 4. Or if you find that too optimistic then why did you call on the turn ?
