Hello. I passed the quiz on wednesday, sent id on thursday a i am still waiting for answer. I know i should be patient, i just want to make sure if my id reached security. Thanks for reply.

It does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Do you mean last Thursday? If so are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? If not please re-send it - or contact or support staff via the ticket system ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ ).

Yes, i meant last thursday. I checked my outbox and im sure that i sent it to right address. Contacted support yesterday, waiting for answer.
