Backdoor flush draw isn't to likely he would call the flop with after your 3bet and I would shove for value on the river.

Why do you 3bet pre-flop?

Standard 3bet pre but I would maybe check that flop, or if I bet I'd make it smaller.
As played dream runout, you do have 3 barrels, moreover with that big sizing on the flop he shouldn't have any flush left here !

I just think that it makes a 3bet range a bit too wide:
KK+, ATs+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, AJo+, KQo [7.5%]

I 3bet KK+, AK for value (calling 4bet with AK). And suited broadways > AQo, KQo, AJo. (Playability wise.) So, that's the next tier.

Also, AQ> KQ> AJ. IMO.

So, I exclude AJo.

No. I just use my database and look for hands that perform better that the rest.

The thing is: what worse holdings call 3 barrels?
An ace? He can have JJ, A3, AA, 33.
99 probably folds OTT. The flush is possible imo. Can a good player check-raise shove this river after check call two streets?
I think his line could look like a monster slowplay, because I may have an ace im my range and can indeed bet 3 streets.

Start with preflop 3bet calling range.
Let's say KK+ 4bet. QQ-JJ, call. AK call. AQs call.
That's a tight version.

In this case I think that AK has to call down. So there 6 combos that you crash. There's 2 combos that crash you AhQh [1] and JJ [1].
And if he is a calling station then give hik some more AQs to call OTR. (At 2NL most people are callig down that stuff).

Math is simple then: (combos that we win)/(total combos) = our equity
In this case: 6/8=75% (So, it's a clear value bet)
