Using fpdb at 888poker

Which version of fpdb are you using?
On Mac or Windows?

Do you run it as administrator? (you should)
When you open it, it should display its version number in the title bar.

Next, find your HUD_config.xml file
Open an explorer windows, and in the address bar type:
%appdata%\fpdb
the HUD_config will be in there.

Look for a line that says:
<site HH_path="C:/Program Files/PacificPoker/HandHistory/YOUR SCREEN NAME HERE/" aux_enabled="True" enabled="False" hud_menu_xshift="0" hud_menu_yshift="0" screen_name="YOUR SCREEN NAME HERE" site_name="PacificPoker" site_path="C:/Program Files/PacificPoker/">
If it is there, and your screen name is correct, and the location is correct, then we can do some more digging.

fpdb has a wiki at http://fpdb.wikidot.com/ it might be of some help.

let us know what you find.
If you have problems, I'll point fpdb to my own 888 installation to see if I can get it to work here.

Hello, thanks for such a quick and complete reply, sorry i have been busy the past days.

My version is 0.40.5, it is running on adm rights, thanks.And i'm on win 10.

I've corrected some things in my installation, my handhistoric folder was in an admin location only so my poker client wasn't being able to save the hands to it, so my log has changed, however it still doesn't work.
The configs on my hud file were correct, the only different thing i found is that the second "enable" was true, i turned it to false to see what happens. Didn't work. Thanks for your help, i'll check the wiki out and see if i can find anything helpful for my case over there, thanks!

I downloaded the 0.41.0 rc8 version and configure dit, but also can't get it to work, i acvitate it, get no error but nothing happens.

I can't make any hud i have tried work on 888 or pokerstars, so far i have tried fpdb, easypokerhud, pokertracker 4, holdem manager and jivaro. None worked..Maybe are there requirements i am failing to meet in order to make any hud work? Can anyone help me, please?

PT4 works for me on 888 -- but not for Snap.
It records the hands into the db, but displays no HUD

I figured it was by design, since it works everywhere else in 888

Not yet. I installed postgres and all components i could.
I have heard that fpdb, easypokerhud and pt4 work at 888 and the free alternatives would be best for me at the moment, but somehow nothing works. I'll try contacting their support, thanks.

for fpdb, no database software needs to be installed -- it will use sqlite by default.

I still haven't managed to find the time to test it with my setup.
