Hi guys,
probably most of you gonna say it is only a cooler, but when was playing the hand and got raised OTT I had a strong feeling in my gut I am against better set, cause there is no the other hand imo that would play this board this way, only 88. Is it possible to find a fold OTT? I feel like I had to fold my set...

I'm not sure about the 2/3 size OTF. But I think it's good because it is 3 way and someone would call with an ace. Or is just as wrong as it gets?
To be honest, I can't fold 55 OTT. Your hand is very strong and you're very often ahead here imo. There's so few hands that beat you (88, AA, 42 is very unlikely) that a fold is not right imo.
Does a flushdraw calls a 2/3 cbet from MP on Axx IP against 2 players? I really don't know... but probably not?
Maybe AK is a legit hand for that raise OTT? AQ?
I like the 3bet shove. You call OTT and what do you do OTR OOP if it comes a bad card?

Thats what I mean, there are so few hands that beat me, but at the same time these are the only hands that would make that raise OTT. AK maybe could do the same if just flat called preflop, but most of the time AK is 3betting pre imo.
Not a huge fan of the big flop sizing either but whatever.
I think you can't get away from it as he could have A8s, A5s and A3s besides 88 (the only sound thing that beats you) and that makes for enough combos.
If you add less sound things that beat you such as AA and 42s then he should also be stupid enough to have A8o etc so in every scenario you are fine.

I know the board is dry, but good players will raise here with more than made hands. To fold 55 OTT I need him to turn his cards face up ♦
