Flop straight and decide to protect from the FD's, despite tight ranges don't generate much of them. Roughly 1/2 here is good? Board is good for both of us.
Turn comes the spade and I decided to bet after his check. I have a strong hand and a new draw. Fold to the check-raise here? I mean... I need more info than just knowing he is a 15/12 to fold here imo.
River is a super easy decision.
Ideas? Bet sizings?

It doesnt matter that you are deep stacked look at the effective stacks.
The SB player has just 113bb ....
I think also that you dont have a big enough sample so that you cant confirm that SB and BB really fold together enough for autoprofit.
Just fold 64o preflop. Flop is ok.
On Turn i would just check to play check/call river. That keeps his bluffing range wide. Vs. river check just bet and fold vs. raise. Any TP+ will still call and think about how much streets value you will usually have here. The people especially on micros dont bluff raise enough.
As played: Fold vs Turn reraise. Epecially against a tight player because this playertype usually does not bluff much postflop. Just call him if you have a solid read.
Its no problem if you overfold on micros vs. reraises because no one will exploit you and as i said already the player pool bluffing frequencies are to low.
It's clearly too lose as a standard (and deepness wouldn't help) but when blinds really fold too much it's ok you can open deck. They'd have to fold really often though.
I usually oversteal at NL2 because they don't defend enough and above all don't defend enough by 3betting so they don't deny your equity effectively if you open with hands such as 42s that you'll be playing IP at ease etc.
Going down to 64o (so deck) is really pushing it though.
By the way on the turn you don't have a redraw, you lose only versus flushes against which a 4 of spades wouldn't be of any help.
Well unless he has exactly T9 without spades but whatever.
That's why bet/calling that turn sucks.
