Completing pre is fine?
Flop check-raise? I decided to check-call and then lead OTT. Not the best card, but I'm ahead most of the times.
He raises but I'm not folding this. 3bet or call?
River is blank and I check. My check might induce a bluff from a fd?
Check-raise OTR has basically 0 FE, so I don't like it.
Ideas?

Completing at micros is supposed to be a waste of time because of the high rake and the fact that people don't defend their blinds enough versus steal either by calling or by 3betting (not to mention they don't defend perfectly when they happen to call lol).

As played weirdest check/call ever. Bet. Or check/raise. You have DP. And he has the deck.
Weird lead on a rather bad turn card but hey, once you are at that point of carnival why not go all portuguese dance show I guess !
If you fear he won't call a x/r, then why do you suppose he'd be much more enclined to call a donk ?
Value river. Or check/call. You don't x/r "for FE" though. You have DP. In a limped pot versus BB. Ok there's a straight possible and all but it's clearly not bluffing time (so don't turn your hand into a bluff but don't x/r for value either, that'd be a little too thin I think).

Completing pre isn´t fine, as said above, high rake, you shouldn´t be limping in SB instead of OR.

I agree that the xc OTF is bad. Ranges couldn´t be wider, so I would just go for value. Turn lead is even more weird. And OTR I would explo fold, but I have no idea how to play this after previous action. That being said, why you put urself into such difficult spot, where neither I, nor you know what to do. I would suggest you don´t take such lines and keep it simple - pot bet flop, pot bet (overbet) turn and reevaluate river.

let us all also just keep in mind that there is a small but very decent amount of luck included...
