so for today, I have two very weird hands against huge fish. It this 22$ tournament which I play just sometimes and are biggest in my repertoire. So basically one of very first hands and I don't know my opponents. Got nice QQ on UTG and flop goes 3-way. Not a bad flop I think a bit drawy so I go for a bigger bet. Got two calls, makes me a bit suspicious. Turn 7 makes it more drawy but I still think I could go for some value. Got call and raise so I feel I am probably behind if I consider range of both players, especially BB who raises so I fold... Would you fold as well? Was it too weak fold? What do you think?
Second hand against same fish who raised me several hands before when I had QQ and who turned out to be aggro, no folding playing every pot fish. Now there are two limpers and I got TT so I go for bigger raise, expecting our fish to call. Flop is good, trips of tens but drawy. I go for big bet and get call from the our fish. turn looks like safe card and I go for another big barrel. Call. Uff I am getting a bit nervous but still think this fish can call me with one or two pair hands easily or with a draw. River looks like a safe card. Now I think if I should go or all-in or just call. I think against any other player I would just check. But I know i could still have value from some weaker hands from our fish. Maybe something like KQ , QJ with K or Q or J of clubs, maybe some T, or some two pair hands like T6, 64, Q6, Q4 or Q2 with Q of clubs or something like that. Also he could have weaker trips as well. But I still think if I should not have checked. What do you think? Did I overplayd my hand? How to play againts such fishes? And how do you deal with lose? To be honest I got tilted so bad that I spewed like 2-3 more tournaments before I calmed down again ♦. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks a lot!
