final hand for me in 2.20$ tournament today, like 70 people left. Maybe I overplayed it? I open from BTN with AKo, got call from SB and bb. Flop is drawy, three spades and I have Ace of spades. It goes check-check and I just think if I should check as well or go for bet. I decided to bet, because I like to take pot immediately and I am not afraid of spades and I could have the best hand. Well big stack decides to raise me. I think like he can just try me, he can have lower spade so I think i have definitely some fold equity here (he can already be here aswell, but with my As I still should have some decent equity even if he is already here). If I call I am pot committed anyway, so I decide to shove. What do you think, am I going to crazy? WOuld you just check the flop? Or fold against raise on flop? Thanks a lot!
