Flop CBet-fold vs unknown?

With an spr of almost 4 it's definitely spewy to stack off here. You're never far ahead but often crushed by sets, two pairs or big draws. As a default i would bet/fold this flop against unknown. Checking behind may be better against very aggressive players though.
edit: The average player definitely doesn't checkraise his top pairs after being 3bet preflop. Most people just call even if they have a gutshot or oesd to go along with their top pair.

An overpair with nothing but backdoor draws for backup is a tough hand to play in Omaha.

OTF, what hands do you now beat -- or can outdraw by the river -- that villain would check/raise?

The fold part is the hardest part of bet/fold.

My standard CBet on dry flops is half pot to make it easier to fold if necessary.
On drawy flops where I have a decent part of the draw, I CBet 3/4

I'm interested in hearing what the experts think about flop CBet sizing here...

@hempels I dont want to bet-fold here too often, I've heard bet-fold is the most common leak in 3bp. Villain could be check-raising a lot of madepair+weak draw/redraw or medium combo stuff, bet2/3-fold as a default seems to be a weak line

@vorpal yes. but if I think his range contains too much weak stuff I have to make an odds call. As check-calling is weak, villain tend to checkraise more freuqently and you have to defend your bet-x lines. yes I would also be interested in reasonable bet sizings on dry flops in 3bp.

@kyyberi check-Raises in 3bp happen quite frequently, so a check-back would make sense here to strengthen the turn range. often villain plays fit-fold though and I still cbet the flop for autoprofit. Would you check-back hands weaker made hands than AA aswell like JJ with low improvement or KK/QQ? They run more in danger to be outdrawn by an single Ace?

You have backdoor flush draw and straight draw. So there will be decent amount of turns that help you. On the flop opponent can raise you with wide range, so if you cbet you have to get it in. If you check back the flop, he will not attack turn without having a hand. So you get to the river quite often.
