I got the free $40 offer and created an account at Coral Poker. It has now been 3 days and I still haven't received anything (It said in TC up to 48 hours). Can you please check it for me?

That 48 hours (or 3 days) means business days. Today is Saturday so it doesn't count. Additionally, I believe that Coral has had some delays recently (but I thought those should have been fixed already). I would wait until Monday and then contact Coral's customer support because eventually it is Coral who is transferring the bonus.
