I signed up on here, and took advantage of the 888 offer for a no deposit bonus. I have not yet received it, although I only signed up today.
So, I keep seeing lots of people post in here that they never received a bonus, and then the response seems to be copied and pasted every time that it's an 888 issue and to contact them.
But that confuses me, as the email from pokerstrategy and the info on the site quite clearly states, word for word...
"Your money will arrive soon.
Our customer support team has verified your registration details - this means we've started your free poker money transfer, and it should arrive in your poker room account within the next few hours. Please note in some cases it can take up to 48 hours before the money arrives."
so that clearly states money is being sent from you? so I'm confused. Can someone please clarify?
