Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♦ Q♦

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, CO calls 3 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (9.5 BB, 3 players) T♥ 6♣ J♣
Hero bets 4 BB, fold, CO calls 4 BB

Turn: (17.5 BB, 2 players) 9♣
Hero checks, CO checks

River: (17.5 BB, 2 players) Q♥
Hero bets 5 BB, CO raises to 16 BB, fold

CO wins 26 BB

Every damn time I am stucked in simmilair situation like that. I had raise with good hand preflop, CB the flop for hope to others fold. Then I end up going deep and deep betting.

Start with at least 100bb and not sure I would lead the flop against a pre-flop raiser without any info of them. As played I would check/call river if he isn't betting to much.

Poorly played from begin to end in my humble opinion.
Don't donk that flop it's awful, the spot is gonna be hard to play OOP and you're gonna cap your checking range hard. Just x/c.
As played betting OTR is useless, you are more or less turning 2 pairs into a bluff. Of course don't call a raise here.
