QQ - Over Pair - 3bet pot - board low

What do you think how played is the hand? Now i saw that my beat in turn can be a lot bigger... i had varius issues in bet sizing in 3bet pots :(

I think i had value of a lots of over pairs below QQ , but maybe x/f in that river its a good idea.

He would check back with over pairs and bet hands that beat me!

Bet sligthly bigger OTF and shove turn.
You cant really fold that river, you are commited.

I think you could have even made your 3b a little bigger pre maybe 15bbs, I think OTF I would go may 70% psb to make sure you are charging flush draws and to get max value from from pairs which wont fold on this flop, OTT again I would go bigger for value. However as played you have set it up nicely for a river jam ..
