Flop cbet is quite large. You can check/call turn and probably river, he is capped and you have a good bluffcatch.

What do you mean saying that he is capped? How do yo know by the way?

When I say he's capped means that his range does not contain any particularly strong hand in this situation.
He limped/call preflop and that's the main reason why. Besides the board is very dry, you're basically ahead of most of his range.
That's why I believe this is a good spot to bluffcatch, even though he probably does not have the notion about how he looks here by raising OTT, meaning he doesn't have neither good bluffs neither strong hands.
Check/call turn and probably river on good runouts would be fine a decent amount of the times imo.

your line is quite bad. You bet big vs 2 players and then OTT you bet so small that is pretty obv you are scared of the card. If you bet 1/3 flop 1/3 turn is much better.

OTT I think best line is bet 1/3 when you keep villain range wide. The problem is villain shouldn't have any Qx floats after your big bet OTF and you don't know what to do anymore.

and 1/3 flop check/call turn is good as well.
